I can Shoulder lean.. I don't know how to dance though

If you all don't know already but I am OBSESSED with polka dots and high-waisted pants! When I found these pants last year at the thrift store, I nearly fainted! I found this crop top at a local consignment shop in Athens called Dynamite for $3. I'm guessing it's like a dancers top and I can't dance to save my life, but I knew I could make it work. The most awkward pieces make an outfit spectacular!
